We do not offer exchanges. We can only accept a return for a refund or 110% store credit (to re-order via website), if the terms below are met.
Full Priced Items
We do offer returns / refunds on purchases that were made on full priced items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be minus shipping paid originally.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code over 10% discount (15%, 20% etc etc). Instead we offer 110% store credit. (ie. If you've used a 10% coupon on your order, you are still eligible for a refund).
We do not offer returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return shipping back to our Australian office is at the cost of the customer. Please carefully consider this as an international customer. Tracking is recommended.
We do not process direct exchanges. This is due to our warehouse being Indonesian based (where it is difficult to import back into). We warehouse / ship our products from Indonesia, and we accept returns back to our Australian office. After we receive your return back to our Australian office we will process and issue a refund or store credit if the return meets the requirements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Recommendation - Bridal Party Orders
This recommendation is for those who are ordering for their bridal party / a bundle. If you are unsure on sizes, we do suggest to order 1 "test" size first before placing your main order. This reduces return shipping costs as it can get expensive when you are returning over 3 items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 days after the return has reached our office for processing time.
Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear back in your account.
