Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being dispatched. All fees are in USD.

Return for a refund (USA only): $13.95 fee

Return for an exchange (USA only): $9.95 fee

Return for store credit (USA only): $6.95 fee

These fees are inclusive of the return shipping label and handling.

Sale Items

All items purchased from our Sale Collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Coupon & Discount Codes

Orders placed using a coupon code or discount of 20% or more are not eligible for a refund.

Instead, eligible returns will receive 100% store credit.

Exchanges

We offer instant exchanges on the same style in a different size or colour for USA customers only.

Exchange orders are shipped via Standard Shipping (3–7 business days).

A $9.95 exchange fee applies, which contributes towards the cost of return shipping and handling.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges for international customers.

Please read our policy overview to ensure your return meets all requirements. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.

All returns must be lodged via the Piyama returns portal within 30 days of order dispatch.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be folded neatly inside the original garment bag (where possible).

All sale items are considered final sale.

We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items included in our SALE collection. These are final clearance. 

Should the item be deemed faulty, a replacement item will be offered. Should the replacement item be unavailable, a store credit equal to 100% of the items value will be offered. Please email support@piyama.com.au if this applies.

Coupon & Discount Codes

Why do we have this policy?

We proudly offer generous savings throughout the year, including our Bridal Shop bundles and seasonal promotions.

To help us continue offering these discounts while remaining sustainable as a small business, purchases made using a discount of 20% or more are eligible for store credit or exchange only, rather than a refund.

We offer instant exchanges on same product only, for USA customers only. Exchange orders will incur a $9.95 handling / re-shipment fee. All exchange orders will be re-shipped with Standard 3-5 day* shipping.

Instant Exchanges allow customers a faster way to process an exchange, and have the new order shipped out immediately with no delay. This also helps secure desired items before it goes out of stock. The original order must be returned within 14 days, and credit card details are collected for security & authorisation purposes. Credit cards will be charged in full for orders that are not returned within the strict timeframe.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for International customers at this time.

Fee's are inclusive of return shipping labels and handling costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer returns for refunds or store credit for Canada & United Kingdom (in line with our policy). No exchanges are available for international orders at this time.

For Canadian returns, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own return shipping. We suggest a tracked option for peace of mind.

We also charge an $6 USD handling fee for international returns.

Please allow 2-3 business days after delivery for our partner warehouse to process your return. You will be notified via email once your return is complete.

The following recommendation is for those planning to purchase a bridal bundle.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing 1 item at full price as a "size test" to keep the option for a refund. If the test order fits, we will apply the bridal bundle discount retroactively across both the test and bulk order. Please email support@piyama.com.au with both order #'s to request this adjustment if this applies to your orders.
