We do not offer returns / exchanges on any SALE ITEMS.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days after the package is delivered. The return request must be lodged within this time otherwise it cannot be approved. Returns (on full priced items only) may receive a refund or store credit to be used to re-order through the website. Shipping costs to Australia with tracking are at the expense of the customer.
We do not process direct exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred back to our office in Brisbane, Australia.
NB: Our garments are manufactured in Indonesia. Please note there is a possibility there could be slight colour variation on your garment/s. The garments are hand-died so it is possible for this to occur. If you notice some colour difference and are unhappy about this please email us at email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
