Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of placement. Orders are shipped from a 3rd party logistics centre in Texas, USA which is on CST time. Tracking information will be sent via email.

*Dispatch delays may occur during peak sale periods (eg. Black Friday) 

Please note any Federal and Texas State Public Holidays will affect dispatch times. 

All domestic USA shipments do not have a signature requirement. We offer a shipping insurance add-on at the cart and checkout page called Monk Protect.

We strongly advise to add this delivery protection to your order.

If you have not purchased the MonkProtect add-on, we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund for lost or stolen or damaged parcels.

We work with a third party logistics company in Forth Worth, Texas, USA. All orders will be dispatched from this location.

Any orders required for a specific date (weddings, bridal parties etc), we strongly suggest adding the below buffers for delivery on time.

USA orders: We strongly suggest adding a 5 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping dfelays

REST OF WORLD orders: We strongly suggest adding a 10 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping/import delays.
