WE SHIP ALL ORDERS WITH DHL EXPRESS OUR OF OUR WAREHOUSE IN BALI, INDONESIA. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME IS 2-5 DAYS. (please allow an additional 2-3 working days due to potential Covid-19 shipping delays).

*IMPORTANT* Canadian customs have recently introduced import tax/duty on all shipments. Please check this prior to ordering and consider, as we do not cover any importation fees. From what we have seen it can be 10-15% of the value of the shipment.

Please be cautious about waiving signature on delivery, as we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. If you won't be home we do suggest shipping to a work address. We cannot ship to PO box addresses, as DHL require a signature on delivery.

Recently, we have discovered UK customs have become particularly strict and now inspect ALL packages. If you are a UK customer, please check what tax will be payable prior to ordering. 

If taxes are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.
