What is the sizing like?

Our garments are a relaxed, generous fit. Please refer to the style product description to see individual sizing recommendations. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to email us: contact@piyama.com.au


Can I cancel / make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 2 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed. We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer care team (within 2 hours) at contact@piyama.com.au with your change/cancellation request details included in the email. 


Do you have Afterpay?

Yes, we do offer Afterpay on our Australian website only as a payment option. AfterPay is a digital service that allows you buy an item now and pay it off later in fortnightly instalments. All information regarding AfterPay can be viewed directly on the AfterPay website at: https://www.afterpay.com.au/faqs/


I have not received my order, where is it?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there. Please also take into account we need 1-2 business days to process the order for dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and Afterpay (only via Australian website www.piyama.com.au). We use Shopify Payments processer which is very reliable and safe. 


How do I track my order?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia with DHL express. When your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking number. You can track your delivery online via 



How do the Bridesmaid Bundle Discounts work?

We recently introduced bridesmaid bundle deals for products within the "The Bridal Shop" collection. Quantity discounts range from 10-30%. A corresponding coupon code must be applied at checkout to redeem. These are listed out in an image on the right of the product description. Please note, this deal is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon code. If you are looking for a bridesmaid gift order larger than 10 pieces, please email us at contact@piyama.com.au and we will gladly work with you on a custom order. 


Why don't you have everything that is listed on your Etsy shop?

Our Etsy shop offers our complete collection. Everything is bespoke made-to-order in our Bali Factory {production time of approx 4-6 weeks), and shipped worldwide with DHL. Piyama.com is our “ready to ship” website. We cannot combine shipping across the two shops, sorry.


Do you wholesale?

Yes we do. Please email contact@piyama.com.au to request line sheets and wholesale info.


What is the fabric?

We use only 100% natural fibre fabrics including rayon & cotton. No synthetics. All fabric is hot washed and softened before production. Rayon is very similar to cotton, however softer to the touch. It’s a much nice fabric to sleep and lounge in, as opposed to synthetic polyesters which saturate the market.


What is the returns policy?

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns / exchanges on SALE ITEMS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred. PLEASE EMAIL CONTACT@PIYAMA.COM.AU TO LODGE A RETURN REQUEST.

NB: Our garments are manufactured in Indonesia. Please note there is a possibility there could be slight colour variation on your garment/s. The garments are hand-died so it is possible for this to occur. If you notice some colour difference and are unhappy about this please email us at contact@piyama.com.au.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@piyama.com.au.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Can I return / exchange a Sale item?

We do not accept returns / excahnges on SALE items. These are final prices for clearance.
